FEES CHARGES/ PAYMENT OPTIONS Our fees and charges are as recommended by The Institute of Strata Title Management. Upon request for a quotation we can supply an Owners Corporation with an all inclusive fee that provides an Owners Corporation with the opportunity to assess future management costs without any hidden fees and charges.
* We provide two options for the payment of disbursements such as printing and stationary, archive storage and administration, telephone usage and postage etc, these options include: Option 1: Option 2: Please refer to the attached Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM) agency agreement for all fees and charges applicable to your Strata Scheme.
Sydney Wide Strata
Management uses the DEFT Payment System. Payments can be made by the following
methods: (2) Pay by DEFT Phonepay from your pre registered bank account. Call 1300 301 090 (3) Credit Card payments can be made through DEFT Online (www.deft.com.au) or DEFT Phonepay (1300 301 090). A charge will apply. (4) Pay by Mailing a payment slip to: DEFT Payment Systems, GPO Box 4690 SYDNEY, NSW 2001 (5) Post Billpay: Pay in person by cash, cheque or EFTPOS at any Australia Post Office
