consists of Two Licensed Strata Managers and Office Support Staff. Our Licensed
Strata Managers have first hand experience in Property Management and Strata
Management.

Personal Profile:
John Nathan is the Managing Director and one of the Licensed Strata Managers
of Sydney Wide Strata Management. John began his career as an engineer gaining extensive
experience in contract management and initial exposure to the realms of Strata
Management by developing old residential blocks and converting them to Strata
Schemes.
Engineering has proven to be a valuable asset to Strata Schemes as it has
provided John with valuable insight into property maintenance and repair,
building upgrades and contract management.
From 2000-2003 John owned and managed an
LJ Hooker Franchise located in Turramurra, further developing his sound
management skills and allowing him to gain extensive experience in Property
Management and the Real Estate Market.
John decided to sell the franchise in 2003 to pursue his long term interest in
Strata Management. In 2004 John became a Licensed Strata Management Agent and
started a new venture, Sydney Wide Strata Management. John and his associate,
Jack Dudek's, interest and expertise in Strata Management have been the driving forces
behind the success of this rapidly growing business.

Personal Profile:
Jack Dudek is a Licensed Strata Manager
of Sydney Wide Strata Management. Jack also began his career as an engineer,
working in areas such as project management, building development and Strata
Management.
 Jacks interest in Strata Management
developed from his time spent as the Chairman of the Owners Corporation for approximately 250 lots. When the opportunity arose for Jack to
pursue his interest in Strata Management he took the opportunity and became
a Licensed Strata Management Agent. Jack brings extensive experience in all
facets of Owners Corporation tasks to the business, which has proven to be very
useful to understanding the needs of different owners corporations.
