Our main objective at Sydney Wide Strata
Management is to provide efficient and effective service that is of the highest
quality at competitive prices in order to assure value added outcomes for the
Owners of the Strata Schemes.
Further
Objectives include:
1. Sydney Wide
Strata Management will proactively look after and maintain the common property of a
Strata Scheme with a fast response time and effective management techniques.
2. Sydney Wide
Strata Management will look after all
administrative functions of the Owners Corporation including:
a) The
convening and preparation of meetings
b) The typing, collation and distribution of Owners
Corporation meeting minutes
c) Answering Communications addressed to the Owners Corporation
and its Executive Committee
members
d) Notifying Owners, Mortgagees and Occupiers of
decisions of the Owners Corporation and
Executive
Committee
e) Issuing notices to all parties required under the
Strata Management Act on behalf of the Owners
Corporation
These administrative functions will be dealt with in a professional and prompt manner by our Strata
Managers and Office Support Staff to ensure the efficient and effective running of your Strata Scheme.
3. Sydney Wide Strata Management will look after all financial matters regarding the owners corporation,
including:
a) The
collection and follow up of levies on a regular basis
b) The payment of accounts
c) The preparation of budgets
d) Obtaining quotations for goods or work to be done
for the Owners Corporation
e) The provision of a full income and expenditure
statement and balance sheet.
Effective management of these financial matters will ensure
the effective and smooth running of your
strata scheme, value added outcomes to the owners of the Strata Scheme.
4. Sydney Wide Strata Management will be a knowledgeable resource to your Strata Scheme by providing
expert advice to Owners regarding any matters related to the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996
5. Sydney
Wide Strata Management’s Strata Managers will ensure all resources are
coordinated efficiently
and effectively in order to achieve value added outcomes
to the Owners of the Strata Scheme.
6. We aim to look after our clients by carefully listening to them
and acting accordingly to their satisfaction.
